    Our custom AI business solutions, including intelligent voice receptionists and automated customer intake systems, are provided as operational tools to assist in lead capture and scheduling. Great Lakes AI Labs.com LLC is not a human answering service, and clients are responsible for the oversight and validation of all automated communications.

    Website Use License

    Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on the Great Lakes AI Labs.com LLC website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and protects our digital intellectual property.

    Third-Party Integration

    We integrate with platforms such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, and others. We are not responsible for service interruptions, data errors, or connectivity issues caused by these third-party platforms or their respective APIs.

    14-Day Pilot Evaluation

    The 14-day pilot is a limited-access evaluation period designed to demonstrate system performance. All pilots are subject to technical availability. No performance guarantees are implied during this evaluation. Transition to a standard service agreement is required to maintain ongoing access.

    Prototyping & Experimental Features

    Any features, interfaces, or tools accessed within testing or sandbox environments are provided 'as-is' for demonstration purposes only. Great Lakes AI Labs.com LLC assumes no liability for the performance, data integrity, or availability of experimental systems.

    Limitation of Liability

    Great Lakes AI Labs.com LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses, missed opportunities, lost revenue, or operational disruptions resulting from system downtime, AI behavior, missed calls, or third-party dependencies. Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to our service shall be strictly capped at, and shall not exceed, the lesser of $500.00 or the total fees actually paid by you to Great Lakes AI Labs.com LLC in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
